Join us on October 3, 2026, for our most-loved event - Dinner with the Donkeys! It's a one-of-a-kind evening at the sanctuary featuring dinner in the barn, time with the donkeys, and an opportunity to experience firsthand the impact of your support.
This is an Adults-Only event.
Dinner will be catered by Gingerbabies Catering, with seating set right down the center aisle of the main barn. If you land one of the best seats in the house, don't be surprised if a few curious donkeys peek over their stall doors to see what's on the menu.
The evening includes appetizers, dinner, dessert, coffee, tea, beer, wine, and plenty of time to visit with the donkeys. Vegetarian and vegan meal options will be available.
This year, our auction will be held live during dinner and dessert. Cheryl will serve as our auctioneer, bringing plenty of energy and laughs as guests bid on a wonderful variety of themed gift baskets, homemade baked goods, and other fun items generously donated by our supporters.

Evening Schedule
5:00 to 6:45 p.m.
Arrival, appetizers, open bar, mingle with the donkeys, and browse the auction items.
6:45 p.m.
Dinner buffet opens, followed by dessert, coffee, and tea.
Once everyone is settled in, the live auction will begin.
9:00 p.m.
One last goodnight to the donkeys before heading home.
