Visit Little Longears September 18
Visit Little Longears
A visit to Little Longears will introduce you to the sweet, friendly, affectionate and sometimes mischievous donkeys who call this sanctuary home. During your tour, you’ll learn the stories of many of our donkeys, learn about what problems donkeys face and why our rescue is necessary. We’ll walk you around the entire farm, and you’ll be able to mingle with our more friendly donkeys. Be prepared to be swarmed by donkeys, as they are incredibly curious and affectionate!
Ultimately, we hope to educate you so you can spread the word about donkeys and become an advocate for their care and treatment.
Each visit will last approximately an hour and we ask that you arrive ten minutes early for your tour so that you can fill out and sign a release waiver. Please wait near the front of the main barn for a staff member to greet you.
Please wear close toed shoes, we will try our best to keep donkeys from stepping on you, but there are no guarantees! Don’t wear your nicest clothes, donkeys will be dusty, and will likely rub on you. They love attention and will push into you asking for you to scratch them even more. You can take all the pictures you want!
We hope you enjoy
your visit and will be inspired to support our mission!
