Help Rescue, Rehabilitate, & Provide Lifelong Care.

Your generosity gives donkeys in need something truly special: a safe, loving home for life.

Little Longears Miniature Donkey Rescue is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit charity dedicated to the rescue, rehabilitation and safe sanctuary of abused, neglected or otherwise unwanted donkeys. We also provide a safe haven for owners to surrender their donkeys in the event they are no longer able to care for them.

Every donkey has a unique story and individual needs. Many are seniors who require specialized diets, medications, and ongoing veterinary care. Others arrive with physical or emotional challenges that call for patience, gentle handling, and dedicated attention. Some are even fortunate enough to be born into sanctuary, never knowing a life without kindness and security.

Your support makes every part of their care possible.

From nutritious food and veterinary treatment to farrier services, medications, and daily hands-on care, your tax-deductible donation helps ensure that every donkey receives the attention and comfort they need to thrive.

No matter the size, your gift makes a lasting difference, giving deserving donkeys the opportunity to live their lives surrounded by safety, comfort, and love.
